My family and I had an unforgettable experience during our Christmas stay at this hotel. the cozy rooms were beautifully decorated, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. the food was delicious, and we were impressed by the variety of dishes offered, especially the traditional Christmas dishes. the hotel was located in a picturesque mountain area, which offered stunning panoramic views. the spa was the cherry on top of our stay, the relaxing atmosphere was refreshing and helped us unwind. the activities offered, like skiing, were enjoyed by both the young and the adults.
Our experience was nothing short of amazing, and we enjoyed every moment of it.

The rooms were quite comfortable and decorated beautifully with good amenities. The location was also good as there were many eateries and shops nearby. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet, which had a variety of options.
Our city break was ruined by the rude and unhelpful staff. They lacked professionalism and failed to address our concerns properly.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location, just a few meters away from the ski slopes, was perfect for us. We loved the convenience of the ski pass vendor and ski equipment hire, making our skiing experience hassle-free. The shuttle service provided was a great added bonus, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area. The rooms were cozy and clean, and we appreciated the heating and comfortable sitting area. Additionally, the spa and wellness center was a highlight, with its indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage services. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome and well taken care of.

We had the best stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless and tastefully decorated. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the spa which was very relaxing. We loved the fact that it was located right next to the ski slope, making it convenient for us to hit the slopes early in the morning. The breakfast spread was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of.
